Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2025

 

Family Housing Association is a charitable organisation that exists to help people in Wirral in housing need.  We aim to provide homes at low rents and provide the very best services to our tenants. Every 2 years, we carry out a survey of all our tenants to help us understand where we are performing well and where we need to improve.

 

This information is really important as it helps us to plan for the future and invest time and money in the areas that will benefit our tenants most.  We also use this survey to calculate our 'Tenant Satisfaction Measures'.  These are a standard set of questions that the Government requires all Social Landlords to ask their tenants and to publish the results.  

 

We recognise that you will be giving up your time to complete the survey and to help make it worthwhile, every Family Housing Association tenant returning their completed questionnaire will be entered into a prize draw for store vouchers. There are five prizes of £50, boosted to £75 if you reply within 7 days.

 

When processing the survey responses, your names and addresses will be separated from the question responses.  Those processing the results will not know who they relate to, so please feel free to respond honestly, safe in the knowledge that it will not have a negative impact on how we treat you.

The survey uses a Google Form as a secure way to capture the information in an easy to use format.  It should take around 5 minutes to complete.

Survey Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions for the prize draw apply. The prize draw is only open to Family Housing Association residents in the UK aged 18 years or over. To be entered into the prize draw, participants must have taken part in the Tenant Satisfaction Survey.  Every household that takes part in the survey will be entered into the prize draw. The prize draws are carried out following conclusion of the Survey.  The last date for entry into the draw will be 7th November 2025.  The prize draw will take place within 28 days of the end of the survey and winners will be notified by either telephone or email within 14 days.  To be eligible for the £25 additional booster prize, surveys must be returned within 7 days of the first correspondence being sent out, whether this is by e-mail, text message or post.

Entrants are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.  The names of those tenants that win the prize draw will be available on request.  A voucher will be sent out to the winning residents either by email or in the post. The draw will be performed by a random computer process and the results are final. Family Housing Association reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. If any of the selected winners are in breach of the terms and conditions, the winner will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected at random. Family Housing Association accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

Family Housing Association accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.  Family Housing Association employees and family members, or anyone else connected with the prize draw may not enter. The decision of Family Housing Association in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
