Tenant Satisfaction Measures

Every social landlord is required to publish information annually on its performance.  Some of this information is obtained from a survey of their tenants.  At Family Housing Association, we survey all of our tenants every two years.  The last survey was carried out towards the end of 2025.  The remainder of the information comes from our management systems.

2025/26 Tenant Satisfaction Measures

Satisfaction ratings below are the percentage of tenants that responded that they were Satisfied or Very Satisfied in the survey. 

The Regulator of Social Housing requires landlords to publish how this information was prepared.  This can be found here in a document called 'TSM Summary of Approach'.
